There is a collection of Bollinger Band Tool Kit TradeStation work spaces including Scanners and Radar Screens available at the Trading App Store. Copy the files to the MyWork directory in your TradeStation directory, probably something like 'c:\Program Files (x86)/TradeStation 9.1/MyWork'. There is a master desktop call 'BBTK Master'.

Here is a partial list of what you will find in this tool kit:

BBTK %b: "%b (pronounced 'percent b') tells us where we are in relation to the Bollinger Bands. It can be helpful in identifying W bottoms and Three Pushes to a High."
BBTK Back In: "These signals highlight possible inflection points where we have had a close outside a Bollinger Band followed by a close inside the same band."
BBTK BandWidth: "BandWidth tells us how wide the Bollinger Bands are. Its most popular use is to identify Bulges and Squeezes."
BBTK BandWidth Delta: "BandWidth Delta tells us whether BandWidth is expanding or contracting. It is helpful in indentifying the beginnings of expansion and contraction phases."
BBTK BBAccumulation: "BBAccummulation is a supply/demand indicator derived from the combined action of On Balance Volume, Accumulation Distribution and Intraday Intensity within the Bollinger Bands."
BBTK BBAccumulation: "The oscillator version of BBAccumulation.”
BBTK BBExpert: “An expert report on the current state of a symbol using the Bollinger Band tools.”
BBTK BBImpulse: "BBImpulse defines instantaneous strength or weakness in relation to the Bollinger Bands. It can be helpful in identifying a switch from strength to weakness and vice versa."
BBTK BBIndex: "BBIndex is an overbought/oversold indicator much like the Commodity Channel Index, but calculated to be consistent with the other Bollinger Band tools."
BBTK BBMomentum: "BBMomentum is a classic momentum indicator normalized by Bollinger Bands. It is helpful in scaling momentum to price action, which allows comparability in different kinds of markets."
BBTK BBPersist: "BBPersist is a trend indicator formed by counting tags of the upper and lower Bollinger Bands."
BBTK BBStop: "This progressive stop is a variation on the Parabolic stop that uses Bollinger Envelopes to establish a starting point. BBStops are driven by time and the progress of the trade and the passage of time."
BBTK BBTrend: "BBTrend tells us whether the market is trending or not and, if so, in what direction."
BBTK Bollinger Bands: "Bollinger Bands answer the question as to whether price is high or low on a relative basis."
BBTK Bollinger Bars: "Bollinger Bars exist at the juncture of Western price bars, Japanese candle sticks and modern color coding. They accentuate the relationship of the open and close, giving the user a more complete picture of price action."
BBTK Bollinger Envelopes: "Bollinger Envelopes are an adaptation of Bollinger Bands for markets like forex where the high and low values are more important than the open and close."
BBTK Indicator Normalizer: "This function takes as its input any other TradeStation indicator, calculates Bollinger Bands on it and returns %b. The idea is to do away with fixed levels like 80 and 20 or 60 and 30, replacing them with market-driven dynamic levels."
BBTK Accumulation/Distribution: "Accumulation Distribution portrays supply/demand as a function of the relationship of the open and close to the periodic range. Useful for diagnosing potential changes in trend."
BBTK Accumulation/Distribution%: “The oscillator version of Accumulation/Distribution.”
BBTK Intraday Intensity: "Intraday Intensity portrays supply/demand as a function of the relationship of the close to the periodic range. Useful for diagnosing potential changes in trend."
BBTK Intraday Intensity %: “The oscillator version of Intraday Intensity.”
BBTK Normalized Volume: "The most basic tool for assessing the supply/demand characteristics of instrument being studied"
BBTK On Balance Volume: "On Balance Volume portrays supply demand as a function of the relationship of periodic changes and volume. Useful for diagnosing potential changes in trend."
BBTK On Balance Volume %: “The oscillator version of On Balance Volume.”
BBTK Percent BandWidth: "Percent BandWidth tells us where BandWidth is in relation to its recent history. It is helpful in identifying the Squeeze (1.0) and the Bulge (0.0)."
BBTK Squeeze-Bulge: "These signals highlight possible inflection points where we have had a close outside a Bollinger Band followed by a close inside the same band."
BBTK Stochastic Impulse: "Stochastic Impulse defines instantaneous strength or weakness as a function of Stochastics. It can be helpful in identifying a switch from strength to weakness and vice versa."

Method indicators:
BBTK Trend Signal:" This method tracks strength confirmed by supply/demand (Intraday Intensity)."
BBTK Squeeze Breakout: "This is a volatility breakout approach using Bollinger Bands. Be on the lookout for a Head Fake."
BBTK Reversal Signal: "This method looks for potential reversals at the upper and lower Bollinger Bands."
BBTK Momentum Breakout: "This signal focuses on sustained strength or weakness outside the Bollinger Band."

Method strategies:
